Cauliflower Rice

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower
Olive Oil
Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the leaves from your Cauliflower.
Roughly chop the Cauli and discard the main core.
Place in a food processor.
Pulse the Cauli slowly until it is the consistency of Rice. You can serve the Rice raw or to make it even more Rice like fry off, as below.
Pop a frying pan of a medium heat and add a splash of Olive Oil.
Chuck in the Cauliflower Rice, season and fry gently until the Rice has softened and has the consistency of cooked rice.
