Classic Pesto
INGREDIENTS
40g Pine Nuts
130ml Olive Oil
80g Basil
40g Parmesan
2 cloves Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely dice your Garlic.
Pop the Garlic into a blender along with the Olive Oil.
Blend until the Garlic is disintegrated into Oil.
Add the Pine Nuts to the Oil and Garlic.
Blend until the Nuts are coarsely ground.
Add your Basil leaves to the blender and pulse until Basil is coarsely blended.
Grate in the Parmesan and pulse once or twice until mixed.
