Honey Roasted Carrots

INGREDIENTS

Carrots

Honey

Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees.

Add the Carrots to a baking try and drizzle in Olive Oil.

Season the Carrots with Salt & Pepper.

Roast the Carrots in the oven for around 25-30 minutes depending on the size of the Carrots.

Once perfectly roasted, drizzle the Carrots in some runny Honey and brush them with a kitchen brush so they are coated evenly in the Honey.

Roast off the Carrots for a further 3-5 minutes to caramelise and serve.
