Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

70% Chocolate

Milk

Cream

Coco powder

Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure you store the Chocolate in the fridge for a few hours before you use it.

Add a Pint of Milk to a sauce pan and bring to a very gentle simmer.

Add a Tbsp of Coco powder, and 2-3 Tsp of Honey.

Stir in the Coco powder.

Take 200g of 70% dark Chocolate from the fridge and dice up.

Add the Chocolate to the Milk and stir through until it has melted.

Once the Chocolate has melted into the Milk add around a pint of cream, stir thoroughly and serve.
