Stuffed Croissant
INGREDIENTS
Croissants
Eggs
Cheddar Cheese
Crème fresh
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a mixing bowl and crack in 3-4 Eggs.
Whisk the Eggs and grate in a handful of Cheddar Cheese.
Mix the Cheese into the Egg.
Pop a frying pan on a medium heat, slice the Croissant in half and lay it into the pan.
Toast the Croissant and remove from the pan.
Take a sauce pan and add a Tbsp of Butter, drop in the Cheesy Egg mixture and gently cook until it’s gooey and creamy.
Finish with a Tsp of Crème fresh and stir it into the Eggs.
Take the Croissant, spoon in the Cheesy Eggs, and serve.
