Whisky Glazed Bacon
INGREDIENTS
Whisky
Smoked Streaky Bacon
Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by laying your Bacon into a pan, and turn the heat between medium and low.
Keep turning the Bacon every few minutes.
Add a small splash of Water, reduce, and repeat until the Bacon starts to get crispy.
Then, drizzle the Bacon in some Honey and caramelise, before deglazing with some whisky.
Burn off the alcohol and Reduce the Whisky to a sticky syrup.
Remove the Bacon from the pan, and serve.
