Classic Hummus

INGREDIENTS

Chick Pea’s

Tahini Paste

Lemon

Garlic

Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1-2 Garlic cloves to a blender along with a splash of Lemon juice.

Blend together the Garlic and Lemon, we need to make sure the Garlic is completely blended so we don’t end up with chunks in the Hummus.

Add the drained Chick Pea’s, 2 can’s, along with 3-4 Tbsp of Tahini paste.

Season, add a small splash of Olive Oil blitz until fairly silky and smooth.

Taste the Hummus, make any adjustments and serve.
