Roast Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS (makes 2 Pockets)
1 Lrg Cauliflower
1 Lemon
2-4 cloves Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre heat your Oven to 180.
Chop your Cauliflower into Inch thick chunks and pop them into a baking tray.
Whack 2-4 Garlic cloves with the back of a knife but don't peel them.
Add the Garlic cloves to the baking tray.
Drizzle the Cauliflower in Olive oil and season with Salt & Pepper.
Slice off a slice of Lemon and squeeze over the Cauliflower.
Mix everything in the tray so the Cauliflower is coated in the Oil, Lemon and seasoning.
Pop the tray in the oven and roast for around 40mins or until the Cauliflower is golden brown and a little charred.
Finish with a squeeze of Lemon.
